Special Instructions

For guests unable to stand in line due to a disability, access Fast Track via lottery beginning at noon on Monday before performance or check in to the Guest Experience station in the David Geffen Hall Welcome Center beginning 30 minutes before gates open to receive a hand stamp to enter at the Fast Track entrance. Guests who are unable to stand in line due to a disability are welcome to bring up to 3 companions. Please note that hand stamp does not guarantee entrance and capacity is limited. While event admission is not guaranteed, Fast Track ticket holders will have priority over the General Admission line. Accessible seat locations and designated aisle seats are marked by blue bands on chairs and dispersed throughout the seating area. Higher weight capacity chairs , with a seat pan of 30”, dispersed throughout seating area and upon request. Accessible gendered restrooms located inside venue.
