ADA 30 Virtual Poster Making Celebration

This July, we celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). In previous years, MAC has participated in the parade and held poster-making sessions as a community activism event prior to the parade. This year, in place of the parade, we will hold a community activism celebration on July 17, 2020, 11am-12pm ET. 

Create a Digital Poster

What message do you want to share with the world? Create a poster that communicates something important about disability justice. It could be: 

• A personal message
• A call to action
• A powerful statement
• A message of solidarity
• A demand for justice
• A message you want to amplify
• A celebratory exclamation

Add an image to accompany your poster. What image will help you get your message across? Is there an image that is used by many that you want to include or do you want to create your own image?
