From play time to boycotts, join us as we discover the many facets of women’s lives in the Lower East Side. Featuring excerpts from the Jewish Daily Forward, clips from Crossing Delancey, and the five sisters from All of A Kind Family. Explore with us the every day lives, stories, and history of Lower East Side women, both known and unknown. How might their stories connect with ours today?
