Cool off from the summer sun at the Lefferts Historic House by helping us get the dirt out of our 19th century reproduction clothing the old-fashioned way; using tubs, washboards and bar soap.
Join the Prospect Park Alliance and the Historic House Trust for early opening of the Prospect Park Carousel, an exclusive event for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Have a fun day of interactive learning experiences with sensory-based exhibits and activities! The carousel will be open, with the lights and sounds turned off to accommodate those with noise sensitivities. This special event includes the following modifications:
