FreeVerbal Description Online provides an opportunity for visitors who are blind or have low vision to experience the richness and diversity of twentieth and twenty-first century American art through vivid description. Ninety-minute sessions are free-of-charge and are offered monthly on Friday mornings through Zoom and over the phone. This session will focus on the exhibition Nothing Is So Humble: Prints from Everyday Objects, and the varied ways in which artists such as Ruth Asawa, Pati Hill, Julia Phillips and Sari Dienes evoke intimate encounters with everyday objects through their unconventional printmaking processes.
