Tactile Explorations: Repoussé with Rhonda Weppler

Explore and create alongside Artist Studios resident Rhonda Weppler in this online hands-on workshop especially designed for participants who are blind or partially sighted. Learn about the ancient art of repoussé and Rhonda’s own studio practice. Experiment with capturing the form of a household object using aluminum foil, followed by creating small low relief artworks using two different thicknesses of pure copper foil. No experience necessary and all skill levels welcome! Free material kits will be mailed to registered participants.
