Special Day for Special Kids

Rise and shine then come to the New York Transit Museum with the whole family! Children with disabilities and their families are invited to join us in Downtown Brooklyn for a morning of free family fun. Discover the Museum one hour before we open to the public and participate in special transit-themed activities led by Museum Educators and Extreme Kids & Crew.

For this Special Day for Special Kids our theme is Build & Construct! Activities include art-making, music, and hands-on experiences. Light snacks will be offered, and a chill-out room will be available for anyone who’d like a break.
