August 14, 2018 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Join the artists of New York City Ballet in an exploration of the music, movement, and themes of the treasured holiday classic George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker®.  This one-hour workshop is especially designed for children with physical disabilities and movement disorders (including Dystonia, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, and others). Under the guidance of a medical professional, each participating child will be paired with a volunteer medical student “buddy” who will offer assistance with mobility and stability throughout the workshop.
