Museum at Eldridge Street – Explorations of the Lower East Side

April 25 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Free

Join us for an afternoon to explore the history of Manhattan’s Lower East Side neighborhood. Vibrant with the sounds, smells, and activity that characterized the public spaces, the LES was full of families who made the community their home. Scott, historian and access manager at the Museum of Eldridge Street, will share historical anecdotes, and bring to life this constantly changing area of New York City.

In person attendees are invited to join the presenter and staff for light refreshments afterwards.

This program is free of charge and is available in person and online through Zoom.
