Dream Machine Studio presents Nightbirds: The Music of Labelle, featuring Labelle founding member Nona Hendryx alongside a trio of original Labelle musicians—Eddie Martinez on guitar, Carmine Rojas on bass, and Jose Rossy on percussion. Guest vocalists include Ledisi, Sandra St. Victor, Kimberly Nichole, and Tony Award-winning Adrienne Warren. Special co-host Patti LaBelle joins the celebration making it a night to remember! This is a celebration of the metamorphosis of a ‘60s cookie-cutter girl group known as Patti LaBelle and The Bluebelles into Afrofuturist rock, funk, R&B, and gospel sirens.
