Kids Week 2018 – Science & Nature with Friends Day

We are very excited to announce that several programs throughout Kids Week 2018 will have ASL interpretation! Kids Week 2018, gives you the opportunity to look for science in your favorite places—from the basketball court to your backyard! Discover how science intersects with art, sports, games and nature in fun-filled activities for all ages

On Friday, February 23 the following presentations will have ASL interpretation

  • 12:00pm Hunting for Earth-Like Planets/James Webb Telescope by STScI
  • 1:00pm Live Animal Show
  • 1:30pm Central Park Zoo’s Wildlife Theater Group
  • 2:30pm Central Park Zoo’s Wildlife Theater Group
  • 3:00pm How we teach astronauts to spacewalk by NASA

If individuals or families would like to attend for free, they must fill out the form from the website listed below. There is a limited number of free tickets available and submitting this form does not guarantee that a free ticket will be received. Any visitor who has not registered in advance will be required to pay general admission.
