Intrepid Stories Within: Life Underwater

Service aboard a submarine is one of the most unique experiences in the Navy! Virtually explore the submarine Growler and its artifacts as well as hear stories from former crew members about the adventures and challenges of life underwater.

The Intrepid Museum offers Stories Within for individuals with dementia and their care partners. Educators lead small groups on a multi-sensory experience, including historic photographs, singing songs and sharing stories.
