Submarines: Life Underwater –
Learn about the submarine Growler and the life of a submariner. Then experiment with water conservation and keeping things afloat. Families have the option to explore Growler or immerse themselves in the interactive exhibition Submerged.
On select weekends and school breaks, the Museum opens its doors one hour early for families with children on the autism spectrum. Educators lead short, interactive tours designed for the whole family as well as drop-in art activities and structured play opportunities. These programs are free, but space is limited.
