Folk Art Reflections: Music Series – at the American Folk Art Museum

April 29, 2019 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The Folk Art Reflections: Music Series offers free live music programs that are designed for adults living with memory loss, their families and care partners. These special performances will take place at the museum before public hours, so the music and art can be enjoyed in a supportive and social environment. Join us on Monday April 29th from 1pm to 3pm for live music and light refreshments.

Sean Condron and trio will perform songs that resonate musically with the artwork of the exhibition Made in New York City: The Business of Folk Artwhile participants are invited to sing along. This is a unique opportunity for families and care partners to spend meaningful time together at the American Folk Art Museum, connecting through art and song.

This program is free but space is limited; registration is required. To register email education@folkartmuseum.org or call 212-265-0605.
