This hands-on tour gives families the opportunity to explore the world of tall ships aboard the historic ship Wavertree, work together to raise sail, check out the crews’ quarters, fell the ship’s wheel, and imagine sailing out of New York harbor with the hold full of cargo!

This program is free but registration is required. No walk-ins allowed

Special Instructions
This is a free program, but registration is required, no walk-ins permitted. The program is for families with children ages 5-12 who have autism. The ship will remain at Pier 16 for the duration of the program. To board Wavertree it is necessary to walk up several steps and a ramp.
