Big Umbrella Day: Dance Workshops

Learn foundational dance techniques, rhythm, coordination, and expressive movement in a supportive, inclusive dance workshop for all ages. This is a Relaxed Performance.
Workshops will run continuously from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm for 30 minutes each.
This event is part of Lincoln Center’s Big Umbrella Festival, a free, day-long campus takeover, welcoming neurodivergent audiences and their families for a day of multidisciplinary programming, with an emphasis on dance and movement.
This event is General Admission, first-come first-served. Drop in and stay for as long as you’d like. Just show up!
