Even basic moves like single-leg balancing\, toe curls\, and calf stretches can improve your mobility to help prevent falls\, ankle sprains\, and other musculoskeletal injuries\, explains Dr. Kristian Johnson von Rickenbach\, a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist at NewYork-Presbyterian and Columbia. So come learn\, straight from a professional freestyle soccer champion and a Broadway tap dancer\, some ways to strengthen your feet and boost your agility through high-energy footwork.  \n\n\nThere are two ways to access this free event:\n1. General Admission\, first-come first-served. Just show up!\n2. Fast Track opening the Monday before the event at noon for all. Or\, become a member and enjoy priority entry with automatic access to every Fast Track line\, all year round.

SUMMARY:Lincoln Center Presents: The Ocean Keeps No Memory of the Lines
DESCRIPTION:Choreographer Christopher Núñez’s new work The Ocean Keeps No Memory of the Lines deconstructs the “blue identity” of the Americas\, reimagining the blue passport from a travel document to a talisman of our shared history. Through the lens of his own dual nationality\, and in collaboration with multi-disciplinary artist Jerron Herman\, Núñez pits the ocean’s boundless fluidity against the rigid borders of the State\, exploring how we turn a divine gift of nature—color—into a border that divides our common humanity. This performance will feature audio description\, ASL interpretation\, and open captioning. This is a Relaxed Performance.  \n\n\n\n\nThere are two ways to access this free event:\n1. General Admission\, first-come first-served. Just show up!\n2. Fast Track opening the Monday before the event at noon for all. Or\, become a member and enjoy priority entry with automatic access to every Fast Track line\, all year round.
