Designed for all experience levels\, this immersive session invites participants to move alongside NYCB artists through an introductory ballet warm-up\, guided stretches\, and choreography drawn from the Company’s iconic repertory. An invitation to be inspired\, connect\, and celebrate the joy of movement. This is a Relaxed Performance. \n\nFrom NewYork-Presbyterian\, the Official Hospital of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts:\n\n\n\nOur bodies are made for motion\, and dance-inspired moves are an excellent way to maintain mobility and keep your joints healthy\, says Dr. Charles Scott\, a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician at NewYork-Presbyterian and Columbia. The variety of movement in dance helps to improve coordination and ward off the negative impacts of a sedentary lifestyle\, all while fostering a sense of connection with others and yourself that contributes to overall wellbeing.
