This workshop is part of a series of cultural social meet-ups for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities including autism.
Mark Morris Dance Group – Hip-Hop with Calvin Rollins II: Established in the 1970’s in New York City, Hip-Hop dance as an element of the Hip-Hop culture has become a popular and innovative movement style across the world. Our classes begin with a community building warm-up followed by learning short phrases of choreography. Class culminates in a cypher style improvisation providing a space for creative expression.

The workshop runs from 4:00pm-5:00pm, and participants are invited to stay and connect with each other and the facilitators in casual conversation from 5:00pm-5:30pm.
