The Transition and College Access Centers (TCAC) support schools and families by facilitating a seamless transition for high school students from school to adult life.

During this Youth Empowerment Series (YES!) our community and industry partners will provide employment, vocational training, post-secondary education, self-advocacy and independent living resources for students and families.

Some of our featured guests will be Queens Community House, ACE Mentoring, MTA, FDNY, CUNY, SUNY, Game U, Youth Build and Include NYC.
