This class is the best first stop if you’re new to CO/LAB. It is meant to familiarize new actors with CO/LAB tools and methodology, and provide a safe space to try theater. Join us for a 90-minute workshop; class will be facilitated by 2 CO/LAB Teaching Artists. All experience levels are welcome in this class!
This workshop is only open to individuals who have never taken a CO/LAB:core class before. This workshop is for individuals 17+. In order to take an in-person workshop at CO/LAB, individuals must be vaccinated and provide proof of their vaccination prior to attending.
Spots in our classes will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. After you complete your registration form and submit payment, you will get an email receipt from CourseStorm. However, your class placement is not confirmed until you receive an email from the CO/LAB programming team.
ABOUT CO/LAB
CO/LAB Theater Group is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Creative Opportunities without Limits And Boundaries. CO/LAB offers individuals with developmental disabilities a creative and social outlet through theater arts.
Through our programming, we encourage actors to collaborate as an ensemble and discover their individual voices. CO/LAB creates a safe, judgment-free, and neuro-diverse environment that allows participants the opportunity to express themselves both in class and on stage. We seek to honor and celebrate every individual.
