This workshop is adapted to participants’ abilities and may improve strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and endurance through learning basic dance skills. Participants explore personal stories through movement and gesture. Working in pairs, participants will enjoy dance that stimulates imagination and fosters joy. Additional workshops are scheduled for Tuesday, July 16 and August 20. Registration required at least one week in advance of the workshop dates.
